According to the invention, the concrete is heated free from any evaporation in an insulated enclosure to a temperature between 50 and 80 DEG C, and for a time which does not exceed 13 hours. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, shutters (3) used are movable on running tracks (10) and are heated electrically. It is alternatively possible to bring in contact with the reverse side of the shuttering face air and hot gases produced by a source the temperature and delivery rate of which are controlled. The concrete is cast on the upper horizontal surface of the shutters (S), and additionally between shutter bodies 1 to produce integral orthogonal regions.
