First sheets 1 of reinforced cellular concrete of nominal density of at least 400 kg/m<3> are placed in position vertically, these sheets being jointed and intended to constitute the filling of the bearing structure, a continuous series of second sheets 5 of reinforced cellular concrete of nominal density of at least 200 kg/m<3> are adhesively bonded to the outer face of these first sheets, these sheets being jointed, extending upwards beyond the first sheets and intended to constitute the cladding, shuttering components are placed on the opposite face of the first sheets, reinforcing rods 6 are arranged in the spaces bounded by the first sheets, the second sheets and the shuttering components, and concrete is poured into the said spaces to constitute the associated skeleton structure. <IMAGE>
