PURPOSE:To make it possible to successively feed original photograph-printing films to a printer, by absorbing the topmost one of films stored in layers to feed the same into the printer, and by jetting air between the topmost layer film and the next layer film during the above-mentioned feed. CONSTITUTION:A sucker 38 of an absorbing and transferring means 36 absorbs the topmost or bottommost layer of a plurality of negative films 14 stored in layers. When a carriage 48 moves along an elongated guide hole 56, the sucker 38 lowers its negative film holding section so that a gap is obtained between the absorbed film and the next layer film. Therefore, air jetted from a nozzle 26 blows away dust adhering to the films, and simultaneously, the films are loosened from each other. Further, during such movement that the carriage 48 reaches its stroke end and therefore, the leading end of the absorbed film is inserted into a feed section 72, it is possible to prevent the film from being damaged due to friction with respect to the next layer film. Therefore, negative films may be successively and automatically fed to the printer.
