PURPOSE:To make the chip area narrow, so as to be more suitable for integration by sufficing the title structure with a narrow logic construction of layout by providing a base current restraining resistor in the same land as that for a transistor. CONSTITUTION:The first and forth resistors R1 and R4 as the base current restraining resistors are formed in the same land L1' as that for the first and second transistors TR1 and TR2. The third and sixth resistors R3 and R6 as said restraining resistors are formed in the same land L3' as that for the third and forth transistors TR3 and TR4. The fifth transistor TR5 as a constant current source is formed in the second land L2'. This fifth transistor TR5 supplies each of the transistors TR1-TR4 with the constant current on the basis of a control signal impressed on the input terminal CT for the signal. |
