摘要 PURPOSE:To increase an engine output, by additionally injecting fuel from an auxiliary fuel injection valve under high load. CONSTITUTION:There is provided an auxiliary fuel injection valve 25 in addition to a main fuel injection valve 21 so as to additionally inject fuel from the auxiliary fuel injection valve 25 under high load. In other words, an electronically control device 20 receives various signals indicative of engine operational conditions, and judges whether or not the engine is under high load by using a throttle opening degree and a suction air amount. If the engine is under high load, the amount of fuel to be injected from the main and auxiliary fuel injection valves 21 and 25 is determined, and such amount as determined is injected. Accordingly, a suction air is cooled by atomization of the additional fuel, and a large amount of air may be fed to cylinders. As a result, an engine output may be increased.
