PURPOSE:To break the extra-banking portion of a pile without causing noise by the expansion of a static breaker by a method in which a static breaker is packed into a pipe set in the extra-banking portion and then concrete is placed up to a given height of extra-baking. CONSTITUTION:Ringed tubes 1 and 2 are set on the horizontal separation planned line 13 between the pile body 12b and the extra-banking portion 12a, and ringed tubes 9 and 10 are also set in the inside of the extra-banking portion 12a. An expanded polyethylene cylindrical insulator 8 is fitted on the portion 7 of an iron bar cage 3 in the extra-banking portion 12a. A static breaker is packed into sheath tubes 2, 9 and 10, injection ports 2', 9' and 10' of the tubes are closed with tape, etc., and concrete 12 is placed up to a given height of the extra-banking through a tremie tube to form an on-site concrete pile. After the lapse of a given period of time thereafter, the static breaker in the tubes 2, 9 and 10 expands to break the concrete of the extra-banking portion 12a, and therefore, the breaking operation of the extra-banking portion 12a can be performed without noise.
