PURPOSE:To prevent a multiple transfer image from having an overlap shift without making constitution complex nor large in size by providing a light transmission plate for exposure position adjustment between a mirror for exposure and a photosensitive drum, and adjusting the exposure position of the photosensitive drum through the angular displacement of the light transmission plate. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive drum 12 and a transfer drum 13 rotate during the movement of a carriage 5 wherein a scanning system 4 scans an original under the control of a control part 36 to turn on a photosensor 20, and then the control signal from the control part 36 inputting the signal from the photosensor 20 turns on the light source in a box 6 to emit light to a linear sensor 11 through a slit and a lens 10. Consequently, a signal is outputted from the linear sensor 11 to the control part 36 to adjust the angle of a glass plate 40 for exposure position adjustment according to the position of the carriage 5, so an exposure position coincides a transfer position on a copy form 21, thus evading the overlap shift of the multiple transfer image. |
