The invention describes a medical therapeutic device with which endogenous currents, endogenous electromagnetic vibrations and/or endogenous excitation spectra and/or nuclear magnetic and/or electron magnetic resonance vibrations of the body are scanned by a detector system on the patient to be treated, and these vibrations are then processed via a filter system and a modulation system in such a way that these vibrations and/or currents are applied again to the same patient on whom the vibrations were recorded by means of application devices. The currents or radiation applied for therapeutic purposes can be classified in terms of their biological quality into physiological and pathological radiation components and used separately for therapy, so that there is a therapeutic feedback between therapeutic device and patient. Besides other frequency spectra, the electron or nuclear magnetic resonance spectra of a patient can also be recorded for this purpose. It is also possible for the detector systems to receive and record specific excitation spectra of substances which can then be used for therapy after processing in the therapeutic device; specific emission or excitation spectra of a substance, e.g. a drug, can be selectively received and processed for therapy.
