PURPOSE:To perform the OS (control program) transfer with operation of just one time by setting a mode to actuate an RAM for reading and writing and switching the RAM to an active mode at all times with a write control system. CONSTITUTION:A data signal 11 is read out of an ROM12 or undergoes reading and writing to an RAM13. The actuation of the ROM12 or RAM13 is decided whether a memory control signal 15 is applied to the ROM12 or RAM13 via a changeover switch 16. When an OS is started under such conditions, a CPU reads a program out of the ROM12 and executes the transfer to the RAM13. In this case, the signal 15 serves as a write signal and therefore the switch 16 is changed over to set an RAM mode. The OS is transferred directly to an address region which is changed to the RAM13 from the ROM12. Therefore the retransfer of OS is not needed, and the OS transfer is possible with operation of just one time.
