PURPOSE:To improve flavor and taste of product, by adding fine air bubble having extremely small air diameter to mixed whiskey during blending. CONSTITUTION:In the blending process 1, the malt whiskey A is blended with the patent whiskey B by the blender 4 in a given ratio. The mixture C is sent to the line mixer 5 in the air blending process 2, it is enforcedly stirred with the air D, the air is processed into fine air bubble having <=10micron average air bubble diameter, and the air D is dispersed into the mixture C. The mixture E of the air D, the malt whiskey A and the patent whiskey B sent from the line mixer 5 is fed to the aging tank 13 in the finishing and aging process 3, and finished and aged. |
