<p>PURPOSE:To increase the accommodation capacity of the lowermost bin and improve the loading performance of a sorter and the assembly easiness by increasing the angle of curvature of the lowermost bin and using a rail equipped with a rolling, sliding, and stopper means for a supporting apparatus and installing a sheet pressing means onto a tray. CONSTITUTION:The height of curvature of the lowermost bin is made higher than those of other bins, and when the number of pieces of sheet is more than that of the bins, all the surplus sheet is accommodated into the lowermost bin. If a sorter body is drawn, when jam is treated, a guide rail moves in X-direction, guided by a guide roller 52, and when the guide rail reaches a notched part 53, the rail is separated from the upper part bottom surface of the rail, and the surface of a linear guide 51 and the upper part bottom surface of the rail contact each other, and the rail in sliding state, and the rail transferrs in X direction, with the imapct force being damped and a stopper part 54 and a throttle part 55 contact each other to be stopped, and thus assembly is facilitated. The sheet discharged from a discharge port 62 is discharged into a bin, guided onto the aslant surface 61a of a pressing plate 61, and the horizontal surface 61b of the pressing plate suppresses the curl of the sheet, and thus clogging is prevented, and the loading efficiency for any kind of sheet can be improved.</p> |
