PURPOSE:To save manpower and to facilitate the tyre replacing work by providing a hoistable/lowerable suspension hanger at the spare tyre fixing section. CONSTITUTION:When fixing a tyre, a suspension hanger 35 fed out onto the ground is engaged to the rear face side of a hub bolt hole 55 to rotate a rotary drum 37 by means of a jack handle 41. Since the suspension hanger 35 is shifted upward against the hub bolt hole 55, the tyre will take upwardly suspended position naturally. Under this state, the rotary drum 37 is rotated to pull up the tyre 4 fully, then both edges are geared at the engaging section and locked. Under positioned state, the fixing hole 21 and the bolt hole 27 at the wheel section 25 will correspond, so set bolts are inserted through each hole 21, 27 to complete fixing.
