FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: sleeve is intended for passing endoscopes and instruments when performing laparoscopic interventions. Valve gate which cuts off axial channel is positioned in body. Valve gate is made as double-flap check valve with cylindrical base and nozzle flattened towards outlet. In addition, two spring-loaded pushers and two levers are mounted in body diametrically along edges of valve nozzle outlet. levers are coupled in pairs with pushers by first axial hinges and with body, by second pair of axial hinges. Operating parts of levers are combined with nozzle outlet. EFFECT: improved sealing. 3 dwg
