PURPOSE:To shorten remarkably a measurement time by providing a means for forecasting the highest body temperature by a body temperature after a constant interval of time has elapsed from the start of measurement. CONSTITUTION:A body temperature signal detected by a detecting part 1 is converted to a digital value through a filter 2, an A/D converter 4, etc. This converted digital value is inputted to a microcomputer 5, compared with a reference value stored in a memory 5b, and a prescribed digital display is executed on a display part by its discriminating signal. A timer 6 is connected to the computer 5, and at the time point when 50sec have elapsed from the time point when the computer 5 has received the digital value, a signal is generated to the computer 5. As a result, the computer 5 adds a forecasting rise value of a memory 5c and a discriminated numerical value, by an adding circuit 5d, and displays digitally a forecasting body temperature value on a display part 8. In this way, a measurement time can be shortened remarkably. |
