PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition which is a cured material composed mainly of tin dioxide and organic silicon polymer, having high IR-radiation efficiency, excellent heat resistance and corrosion resistance and easily adjustable grain size, applicable to a substrate without restriction of the shape, and giving a coating film having easily controllable thickness. CONSTITUTION:The objective coating composition can be obtained by adding preferably >=30wt% of tin dioxide to a paint composed mainly of an organic silicon polymer, preferably polyborosiloxane, and applying and baking the paint to a substrate. USE:Room-heater and cooking apparatus.
