<p>PURPOSE:To enable to readily and stably set a voltage by inputting a reference voltage of a digital value to a counter, further converting the output of the counter by a digital-to analog converter into an analog value, and inputting it to a deviation amplifier. CONSTITUTION:When any of switches 14-1, 14-2 of a setter 14 is closed, a gate circuit 16 reads out the reference voltage value of the corresponding switches 15-1, 15-2, and inputs it through a digital-to-analog converter 18 to a deviation amplifier 8. The amplifier 8 applies a deviation between the output voltage of the generator 1 inputted through a transformer 3 and a detector 4 and the reference voltage outputted from the converter 18 through a phase controller 9 and a firing circuit 10 to a thyristor 11.</p> |
