PURPOSE: A method for reducing a repair cost is provided to simply repair using a simple equipment or a manual equipment with repair material by a worker entering a conduit line if a disorder is occurred in a large caliber conduit line. CONSTITUTION: A repair material(9) is made of a stainless plate having a rubber plate attached. A fixing unit is put at the part overlapped which is the end of a metal plate having the rubber plate attached, consisted of a fixing groove and a fixing pin and is also placed at the part where the fixing groove established on the fixing unit is corresponded in the state of expanding the repair material with an opener. Herein at the end of the fixing pin, a protrusion is established to prevent the fixing pin from separating. An opening screw style opener(23) is used as the opener for expanding the repair material.
