PURPOSE:To enable to exchange a filter without remaining drain, water, and others in a fuel tank by providing a drain/water reservoir in the lower circumference of the filter in one body with a fuel filter. CONSTITUTION:The fuel introduced from a fixing opening 30 is sucked into a pump chamber 23 via a filter paper 34, a pass-hole 29, and a suction port 21. It is conducted through a discharge port 7 to lift a discharge valve 9, and flows into a discharge chamber 14 to be supplied into a carburetter via a fixing opening 15. When water and drain are in the fuel, they are collected in an annular outer groove 36 provided on a receiving washer 32 of a fuel filter 25. This construction permits taking out the drain and the water at the same time with the exchange of the filter and prevent them from remaining after the fuel filter is taken out as a peripheral cylindrical part 39 is closely attached to a concave part 13. |
