<p>PURPOSE:To reduce noises due to incident light and to enhance resolution, by providing a light absorbing layer represented by a black gelatin between a wiring layer for an output terminal and a light shielding thin metal film. CONSTITUTION:On a semiconductor substrate 4 provided with an electronic circuit such as a switching circuit, a stripe shaped conductor wiring layer 5, which is connected to the output terminal of the switching circuit, is formed. A protecting film 6 comprising an oxide film is formed on the layers 4 and 5. On the film 6, a light absorbing layer 8 comprising black colored gelatin is formed in correspondence with the wiring 5. In order to prevent the direct projection of incident light on a region 1, which does not require light sensing, a light shielding metal film 7 is provided on the light absorbing layer 8.</p> |
