A controlled atmosphere is used to store fruits and vegetables. A gas cleaning instrument is completedly insulated within the storage house and to prevent raises in temperature due to cleaning air. The insulation part of the storage house is made by stiropol with double- compression sticking. The condenser is of the water-cooled type and is installed by the heating-coil. Humidity is completedly regulated by this mechanism when gas is generated into the storage area.
