PURPOSE:To connect protective frames electrically to a grounding terminal, and to prevent an abnormal corrosion at the time of a submersion under water by installing the protective frames in aluminum, potential thereof is lower than an electrical apparatus proper, to a main body tank so as to cover the upper and lower sections of a radiator. CONSTITUTION:A main body tank 11 for a transformer, etc. for distributing power is mounted to a floor surface 2 in an underground hole with an opening section communicated with the outside air. Support fittings 20 are set up to the side surface of the main body tank while being projected to the upper and lower sections of a radiator 13, and protective frames 21 are installed detachably to the support fittings 20. The protective frames 21 are formed by an aluminum material, potential thereof is lower than the main body tank 11, cover upper and lower edge sections so as not to prevent the radiation effect of the radiator 13, and are shaped in size slightly projected from the radiator 13. The protective frames 21 are not coated, foundation is exposed at all times, and the protective frames are connected to a grounding terminal 15 for the main body 11 through terminals 22 and connecting wires 23.
