PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radio base station that accepts a new call from only a mobile station more ensuring path multiple access or informs the mobile station about a new incoming call. SOLUTION: A signal processing section 50 calculates a 1st parameter group for generating a directivity pattern directing a mobile station under communication and further calculates a 2nd parameter group for generating a directivity pattern where a mobile station under communication is expressed in a null point. A plurality of radio sections use the 1st parameter group to generate a directivity pattern in a communication channel and use the 2nd parameter group to generate a directivity pattern in a control channel.
