<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the number of input data for processing of a complicated form by producing the shift data at a function arithmetic part from the initial conditions and the number of types of input functions and performing a desired shift in accordance with said shift data. CONSTITUTION:For a numerical controller using a high-class language, the data on a shift start point, a shift end point, etc. are given to a control part 3 containing a CPU by a program using a high-class language in the form of the initial conditions of an optional function. The part 3 decides whether the input data is equal to a function operation or not and controls a function arithmetic part 9 when a function operation is decided. The part 9 sorts the desired data into axial components based on the initial conditions and types of functions supplied from a display part 8 and produces a data table. This table is stored in a memmory part 4 via the part 3. The part 3 extracts data out of the data table and supplies them successively to a machine tool 7 via an output part 6 to perform the desired control.</p> |
