The components (4a) cut out from a disc (4) engage, when being cut out, in the hollow punch (1). The latter is carried by a movable anvil (18) which makes it possible to bring the hollow punch (1) opposite the element (20) intended to receive the cut-out roundel (4a), the latter consisting, for example, of a filter plug and the element (20) consisting of a spray nozzle. Once the plug (4a) is opposite the element (20), a pusher (21) acts on an extractor (2) which the hollow punch (1) contains, in order to drive the plug (4a) into the element (20). Thus, the plugs (4a) cut-out successively leave the hollow punch (1) only in order to be installed on the element (20), the hollow punch serving to transport and position them opposite this element (20). <IMAGE>
