<p>PURPOSE:To obtain drive force to enable simultaneous operation in two axis directions, by a method wherein a coil and a magnetic body are installed to a bobbin and inserted in air gap between a pair of main yokes divided into door- like parts, and a pair of auxiliary yokes with a permanent magent and a wound yoke coil are installed to the main yokes. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic flux passes through air gap 4a, 4b by a permanent magnet 7, and force in z-axis direction is generated if current flows through a coil 2. Current flows through a yoke coil 8 thereby magnetic flux in the air gap 4a and the air gap 4b varies and magnitude of the flux density varies. Variation of the magnitude of the flux density results in variation of the attractive force of a thin film magnetic body 3 disposed at the air gap 4a or the air gap 4b. Consequently, the bobbin 1 can be operated in y-axis direction.</p> |
