Substituted phenol ester(I) and its organic or inorganic acid salts for drug manufacturing are prepared from substituted phenol (II) or phenolate by means of reaction with nicotinic acid chloride where R1 = (a), (b), cumyl, p-chlorobenzoil, or hydrogen (for R2 = cycloalkylene); n = 3-12; m = 0-1; z = 0-1; R2 = (-CH2-)n (n = 4), or hydrogen; R3 = (c) or 2-methyl-2-(p-chlorophenoxy)-propionyl. R2 forms 5,6,7,8-tetra hydro-1-naphthyl ring.
