PURPOSE:To optionally control the characteristic of built-up welding, by using a pellet-like formed filler metal and plural sets of filler metal feeding devices, so as to make continuous feeding of the filler metal possible. CONSTITUTION:When data 101 are inputted into a computer 102 for control, a built-up welding condition and speed, kind of filler metal, and filler metal feeding speed are controlled through respective controllers, namely, a condition control controller 106, built-up welding speed controller 103, gate controller 104, and feeding speed controller 105. Therefore, an optional combination of these conditions can be obtained in accordance with the required specification of a built-up part and, moreover, the feeding of a filler metal can be made continuously under an automated condition. |
