<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a recording medium and intermediate recording medium at specified positions from fatiguing and deteriorating, to extend the life of a recording device, by printing picture information after shifting the position by one bit whenever one page of picture information is printed, so that the concentration of block picture information (concentration of energy) to the same position of the recording and intermediate recording media can be avoided and the black picture information can be made uniform. CONSTITUTION:When picture information is latched, OutENA is outputted and a heating unit is driven. Moreover, since a counter 1 is counted up at every one page, the output generating time of carry out from a counter 5 is shifted by one bit and, therefore, the position of picture information also shifted by one bit. When the position of the picture information is shifted by 16 bits equivalent to the counting capacity of the counter 1, the position is returned to the original position. the shifting distance is 2mm. (=16/8) in maximum to the length, 256mm., of one line if the density of picture element is 8dot/mm.. Since the accuracy of paper feeding and paper carrying is about 2-5mm., no problem occurs in a printed picture even when the shifting is made in the course of pirinting.</p> |
