PURPOSE:To contrive an improvement in performance of an engine, by setting up a length and a shape of a suction pipe so that suction efficiency becomes large. CONSTITUTION:As for a suction pipe 18, a starting end of the same is made to open at a downstream side of a carburetor 16 and is formed in a suction length through which suction efficiency is made larger at a medium and low speed spheres of an engine. The suction pipe 18 is provided at a downward inclination gradually from a downstream end of the carburetor 16 and opened at the end of a suction port 6. In other word, a center line C of the suction pipe 18 starting from a down stream side of the carburetor 16 is made to incline downward by providing an angle theta to the horizon. |
