A rotary grinding tool designed as a dressing roll or grinding wheel (33, 34) has a bearing arrangement in which the bearing spindle (39) and the grinding tool are mounted by means of relatively short receiving cones (36, 38) which facilitate mounting and demounting and are used to receive radial supporting forces. The torque forces are transferred by end-face stop surfaces (41, 42) between bearing spindle and grinding tool, which stop surfaces simultaneously ensure a defined axial positioning of the grinding tool. <IMAGE>
