PURPOSE:To improve the maintenance expenses of a hot water supply equipment by associating a hot water over which utilizes a night electric power and a heat pump unit and operating the equipment in night time zone. CONSTITUTION:Atmospheric temperature and lower temperature T2 which are respectively detected by an atmosphere temperature sensor 21 and a lower temperature sensor 14 immediately after entering night electric power delivery time zone are inputted to a memory 22 for storing characteristic data of a heat pump unit 3, the upper limit temperature T5 of boiled water of the unit 3 is obtained by a calculator 25, and the heat pump mean capacity when the water is boiled at the lower temperature T2 as the upper limit temperature T5 is further obtained by a caluclator 26. Then, the time H1 for boiling the lower layer of a hot water storage tank 1 to the temperature T5 is obtained by a calculator 27, the time H2 for boiling the lower layer to the same as the upper temperature T3 by a heater 2 is obtained by a calculator 28, and the time H3 required for boiling the all capacity of the tank 1 to the temperature T4 obtained by a hot water temperature calculator 20 is obtained by a calculator 29. when the required energizing times are obtained, the distribution of the operating times is then performed by a time distributor 30. |
