PURPOSE:To perform a flaw detection by allowing to present a ceramic product in a material having the same absorption coefficient of X-ray as that of the ceramic. CONSTITUTION:A turbocharger rotor is injection molded by a composite mate rial mixed and kneaded with polystyrene resin binder and Si3N4 powder. The unsintered ceramic molding 1 is stored in a cylindrical vessel 2, and a silicone oil 3 is enclosed as the filling material. Next, the vessel 2 is set in an X-ray CT to perform the flaw detection. Since the dent part of the ceramic product is filled with the oil 3, the apparent shape is simpified and the arch fact is eliminated, and the good CT image of the defect part can be obtained.
