PURPOSE:To equalize the surface pressure of laminated layers of a core by passing a projection of a duct piece through a plate for supporting the piece, superposing the plate to block the projection, and integrally securing by spot welding the end of the projection to the plate. CONSTITUTION:A small hole is formed corresponding to a projection 4 of a duct piece 2 at a plate 3a which supports the piece 2. the projection 4 is passed through the hole, a plate 3b is further superposed to block the projection 4, and the projection 4 and the plate 3b are integrally spot welded. The end 4b of the projection and the plate 3b are secured by this welding, thereby providing an effect equal to caulking of the projection. Since the plate 3b does not have a projection, the core can obtain normal surface pressure of the laminated layers even if many air duct are axially mounted. |
