PURPOSE:To offer the air conditioner having the power-saving and comfortable operation performance by a method wherein the frequency at the restarting of a compressor is controlled according to a heating load. CONSTITUTION:An interior unit I0 having a built-in refrigerating cycle in an air conditioner is provided with a control circuit 1 having a built-in computer. The control circuit 1 is annexed with a room temperature sensor 2 for detecting of the room temperature and a heat exchanger sensor 3. In such an air conditioner, the load for the compressor 4 at the starting or stopping is detected by the starting or stopping time required for one cycle or several cycles at just before the starting or stopping of the compressor 4, then the compressor is restarted by the output correspond to the detected load. Accordingly, the variability of the room temperature can be continually decreased, the room temperature can be maintained nearly at the preset room temperature. |
