PURPOSE:To attain the control of equalization quantity with no control of load Q by setting one of two cavities so that the higher the resonance frequency the larger the load Q and the other cavity so that the higher than resonance frequency the smaller the load Q respectively. CONSTITUTION:A terminal (a) of a circulator 3 is connected to a signal input terminal, and a cavity 4 is connected to a terminal (b). The reflected wave of the cavity 4 is sent back to the terminal (b) of the circulator 3 and emerges at a terminal (c). A terminal (a) of a circulator 3' is connected to the terminal (c), and a cavity 4' is connected to the terminal (b). The reflected wave of the cavity 4' is sent back to the terminal (b) of the circulator 3' and emerges at the terminal (c). The terminal (c) is connected to a signal output terminal of a device. Here one of these two cavities is set so that the higher the resonance frequency the larger the load Q; while the other is set so that the higher the resonance frequency the smaller the Q respectively. In such a way, the quantity of equalization can be controlled by changing the resonance frequency. |
