PURPOSE:To prevent frequent repetition of operation and stoppage due to a deficiency in the water quantity and also to improve the heat insulation efficiency by disposing a water reservoir tank in a heat exchanger section and insulating the heat insulation section and water reservoir tank with a foamed heat insulating material. CONSTITUTION:To make up this freezer, a compressor is installed in the upper front of a chassis frame 4 and a non-usage side condenser 6 in the rear thereof, and thereafter, a connecting plate 10 is attached to a post 9 and a usage side condenser, a usage side vaporizer 12 being disposed thereon. A water reservoir tank 12g is disposed in a hollow part of a hea exchanger for the usage side vaporizer, which water tank and usage side vaporizer are completely insulated with a heat insulating material such as foamed plastic, the outside thereof being covered by a front panel 18, side panels 15, a top plate 17 and a rear panel 16. Accordingly, the assembly is facilitated, and a noise-proofing effect is improved. As a water reservoir tank is provided in an outlet area of a water pipe 12b of the usage side vaporizer, a frequent repetition of operation and stoppage of the freezer due to a deficiency in the water quantity in a radiator and water pipes can be prevented. Since the heat exchanger section 3 and water reservoir tank 12g are completely heat-insulated, heat radiation loss and dewing can also be prevented.
