The present invention consists in making insulating double glazing fastened by a self-adhesive strip 4, on a new or existing window pane 2, fastened to the original by a conventional putty 3, in a fixed or movable wooden or metal frame 1. The adhesive strip 4 is bonded to the frame 1 and holds by adhesive bonding the sheet of glass 5.
