PURPOSE:To reduce the body of an actuator in size by mounting a means for driving an input member in outer casings and constituting a servo-valve by guide valves whose surfaces are opposite to each other. CONSTITUTION:Pulse motors 24, 25 and 28 for driving an input member 30 are provided in outer casings 21, 22 and 23, and a servo-mechanism is constituted by guide valves 30 and 40 whose surfaces are opposite to each other, whereby there becomes unnecessary the packing for sealing to prevent leaks of actuating oil through the clearance between an input shaft and output shaft, and sliding resistance is decreased. Therefore, the pulse motors 24, 25 and 28 can be reduced in size, and also the guide valves 30 and 40 can be reduced in size. Accordingly, the body of the actuator can be further reduced in size.
