The hydraulically-operated pneumatic amplifier is particularly for use as a withdrawal servo for a commercial vehicle clutch, having a housing with a working piston actuated by a medium under pressure, a control slide hydraulically-actuated by a clutch control, a valve controlling the medium, and a reaction unit acting on the slide. The slide (5), the valve plug (6) controlling the external power supply, and the elastomer reaction unit (12) are coaxial.
