PURPOSE:To omit resistances and shorten the delay of signal transmission by dividing the secondary winding of an insulating transformer into two and connecting one ends of two divided windings to input terminals of a two-input FF so that they have polarities opposite to each other. CONSTITUTION:Since differential pulses E and B different in polarity from each other are induced from windings 221 and 222 as shown by (b) and (c) in Fig., an FF 3' is operated in accordance with polarities of these signals, and the output becomes as shown by (d). Consequently, since a signal similar to a signal A given to the primary side of a transformer 1 is restored by the FF 3', a switching element 5 such as a power transistor can be driven by this signal. In this case, the FF 3' is constituted with only gates and does not include elements such as resistances or the like, and therefore, the signal similar to the signal A is obtained in a very short time determined only by the gate operation time. |
