PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent balance of impact resistance and processability, and especially good weather resistance when used in a light color having high brightness. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 20-80 pts. wt. graft copolymer of an acrylic ester-based rubber, having 0.25-0.45μm weight average particle diameter, and obtained by polymerizing monomers comprising 66-95 wt.% aromatic vinylic monomer, 5-24 wt.% vinyl cyanide-based monomer and 0-10 wt.% alkyl (meth)acrylate-based monomer with an acrylic ester-based rubber having 85-97 wt.% gel content measured in toluene solvent, and (B) 80-20 pts. wt. copolymer obtained by polymerizing 10-50 wt.% aromatic vinylic monomer, 0-10 wt.% vinyl cyanide-based monomer and 50-90 wt.% alkyl (meth)acrylate-based monomer [the total of the components (A) and (B) is 100 pts. wt.].
