PURPOSE:To facilitate the processing of a complicated nozzle unit, by dividing a nozzle block in the vicinity of the throat part thereof while mechanically bonding the divided parts after processing the same. CONSTITUTION:A throat mixing screen nozzle is divided at the throat part thereof and, after the upstream part and the downstream part of the throat part of a nozzle unit are respectively processed to divided nozzle blocks 30, 31 comprising a metal or ceramics, they are mechanically bonded by molecular diffusion bonding or an adhesive to form an integral screen nozzle. By this method, a complicated nozzle easily fabricated.
