摘要 PURPOSE:To stop the operation of a chemical liquid subdividing apparatus, by converting the operation of each push frame to an electric signal by an approach analogue sensor while judging the operation time interval and the operation phase of the push frame. CONSTITUTION:The chemical liquid 3 in a cylinder 2 is sucked through a pipeline 1 equipped with a metering push frame 10 opened and closed by the action of a subdividing signal generator and a definite amount of the chemical liquid 3 is subdivided and injected into a bottle through a pipeline 5 having a filling push frame 20 and a needle table push frame 30 opened and closed by the action of the subdividing signal generator accompanied by the emitting action of the piston 4 in the cylinder 2 in a closed state of the push frame 10. In this apparatus, approach analogue sensors 15, 25, 35 are respectively provided to the push frames 10, 20, 30 while an encoder 45 for generating a rotary angle pulse is provided in a coaxial relation to the subdividing signal generator to convert the operations of the push frames to electric signals which are, in turn, inputted to a judge logical circuit to judge the operational inferiority of each push frame and the response inferiority thereof.
