PURPOSE:To obtain a light and strong rotor by forming it with a metal rotor periphery part, a pipe shape shaft to be connected through in the center part of the rotor and a synthetic resin core member filled in the rotor. CONSTITUTION:This rotor 1 consists of a rotor periphery part 3 made of non- ferrous metals such as aluminum, aluminum alloys and etc. or iron related material, a pipe shape shaft 4 to be connected through and fixed in the center part of the rotor periphery part 3, and a synthetic resin core member 5 to be filled and hardened inside the rotor. The rotor periphery part 3 is formed in a shape to have vane grooves 2 in four directions by pressed and shaped the metal cylindrical body. After the shaft 4 is connected through in the center part of the rotor periphery part 3, the diameter is enlarged by bulge forming to be added a liquid pressure in the pipe and fixec on the bottom part of the vane groove 2.
