PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. which makes electrostatic coating of the surface of a synthetic resin molding possible and gives a coating film having excellent water resistance and adhesion, consisting of a specified modified ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer, a finely powdered inorg. electrical conductivity-imparting material and an org. solvent. CONSTITUTION:5-200pts.wt. finely powdered inorg. electrical conductivity- imparting material having an average particle size of 20mu or below, such as electrically conductive carbon black, and 200-500pts.wt. org. solvent such as toluene are blended with 100pts.wt. modified ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer having a saponification value of 5-150mg/g, an intrinsic viscosity of 0.3-20dl/g and a crystallinity index of 20% or below obtd. by graft-polymerizing an unsaturated carboxylic acid, its anhydride or its ester onto an ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer having an ethylene content of 15-80mol%, such as an ethylene/propylene copolymer.
