PURPOSE:To prevent vibration of a compressor from propagating to the outside, by enveloping the total unit of the rotary compressor by elastic members, in a wall part of which passages are formed, and linking pipe connection ports of the compressor to internal ends of said passages. CONSTITUTION:A rotary compressor 4 is set on a supporting panel 3 in a machine compartment 1 provided in the bottom part of a refrigerator 2. Pipe connection parts 5-7 for mutually different pipes are provided in this compressor 4, while its cord 8 is led out. After the above cord 8 is extended through a cord insertion passage 18 for the compressor 4, two casings 11, 12 are fitted to each other enveloping an elastic member 10. In this way, each casing 11, 12 forms both a recessed part 13, 14 corresponding to the compressor 4 in the respectively opposed position and each passage 15-17 communicating to said each pipe connection part 5-7.
