A method and a device for calculating a before/after-tax IRR(Internal Return Rate) are provided to calculate a sinking fund, total loan, and the before/after-tax IRR according to a generic loan mode and a sinking fund mode in real-time. A variable storing database(133) stores an ROI(Return On Investment) of the sinking fund, a loan interest rate, a cooperation tax rate for the interest, and an income tax rate for sinking fund management income. A sinking fund calculating module(131) receives the fund/period needed for a project from a user computer(110), calculates the sinking fund and the total loan by using mathematical formulas based on the received needed fund/period, and the ROI of the sinking fund stored in the variable storing database, and transmits a calculation result to the user computer. |
