摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the thermal efficiency of a burner by a method wherein a heat exchanger is provided at the downstream side of a burner, a body to be heated is heated mainly by the heat conduction and radiation from a heat exchanging surface side of the upper surface of the heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust passage 17 is formed in spiral shape and plural layer structure toward the outer side from the inner side of an exhaust gas inlet 17a, communicated to an exhaust opening 18. A cooking utensils 24 is put on a heat exchanging surface 23 which serves dually as the upper surface part of the exhaust passage. When a gas is started spouting from a gas spouting nozzle 12, an air is sucked from a damper 13 and mixed in a mixing pipe 14, ignited with an ignitor 19 at a flame port part 15, then a flame B is formed in a burning chamber 25. A burning exhaust gas is exhausted to the outside through the exhaust opening 18 via the exhaust passage 17 from the burning chamber 25. During the movement of the exhaust gas, the burning heat is conducted to the heat exchanging surface 23, the temperature is raised, thus, the cooking and the like are made possible.
