PURPOSE:To make a remote control device thin-walled by providing a micro-lens irradiating an optical signal from an infrared light emitting diode chip in an optional directivity from the remote control device to a card medium. CONSTITUTION:The operator operates a switch of a keyboard part, a prescribed circuit converts key information into a digital signal and inputted to the infrared light emitting diode LED chip 9. In the light emitting part, an optical medium 8 made of a resin having a refractive index 2 between the optical glass and a semiconductor constituting the micro-lens 7 is used. Thus, an optical signal is outputted efficiently from the LED chip 9 and the directivity of the optical signal from the LED chip 9 by the convex micro-lens 7 is made optional to be dissipated from the remote control device. |
