PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which performs always uniform laser working in laser working which guides laser light or an object to be worked with a motor by controlling the laser input energy per unit length of a working locus by the change in the guiding speed. CONSTITUTION:A laser oscillator 1 emits laser light according to the instruction of a numerical control device 2 and motors 5, 6 guides an object 12 to be worked in X-Y directions so that the work 12 is subjected to prescribed working. The working speed changes with the working locus; said speed changes largely particularly in the small radius part or angle part. A pulse width modulator 22 controls the pulse width of laser light according to the speed change signal from encoders 20, 21 to maintain the specified laser input energy per unit length of the locus. The laser working is thus accomplished always with good sectional accuracy. Laser power may be controlled in place of controlling the pulse width. |
